PRICING POLICIES FOR ONLINE MERCHANDISE

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Food Fix 4 Life shipping and handling charges are intended to address the cost of processing, handling, packing, transporting and delivering the products you purchase. We encourage you to review the following detailed information about our shipping and processing fees.

SHIPPING POLICY

At present, Food Fix 4 Life only ships to addresses in Australia. Merchandise will only be sent to valid street addresses; there is no delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Food Fix 4 Life offers several modes of delivery for your order via AusPost.

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from the Food Fix 4 Life Office within three business days of the order’s approval. With the exception of holidays, orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST usually ship the next business day. Please contact us directly for delivery details of your order.

If the selected item is not currently in stock, a Food Fix 4 Life Consumer Services Representative will contact you so that you may cancel your order or select another item.

All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by Food Fix 4 Life. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact Food Fix 4 Life via the e-mail sent to you when you ordered your item.

Food Fix 4 Life is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during transit.

DELIVERY PROCEDURES

Food Fix 4 Life delivers packages via AusPost. Multiple items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. Your delivery charge will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.

• Standard shipping and handling charges are based on a flat rate.
• Orders with multiple items shipped to the same address may arrive in multiple boxes.
